On commencement of lessons, each learner will be assessed regarding the level of their present grade .
All lessons are an hour long and given one-on-one. A specific weekly lesson time is allocated to each learner. During exams, however, a tailor-made timetable is circulated for rescheduling regular lessons and/or adding lessons. Learners have to book at least one lesson per week. However, you may book more than one lesson per week if needs be, provided time slots are available.
Elriena reserves the right to cancel the lessons of a new student after a trial period of one term.
Likewise, parents can terminate these lessons by sending an email one calendar month before lessons want to be terminated.
